U.S. Marine Veteran · Faith-Based Coaching
You gave everything. Now it's time to be restored.
"He will bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes..."
— Isaiah 61:3
I see you.
Not the version you present to the world — squared away, mission-ready, fine. I see the one underneath. The one who served faithfully and came home carrying things no one gave you a briefing for. The one who wore the uniform with pride and then stood in the mirror one day wondering who you were without it.
I know what it is to have wounds that don't show on an x-ray. To carry moral injury like a ruck you can never set down. To have experienced things in service that stole something from you — your sense of safety, your trust, your sense of self — and to have been expected to simply carry on.
I know what it is to come home and feel more lost than you ever did downrange.
You are not broken. You are bearing weight that was never meant to be carried alone. And there is a God who sees every invisible wound, every sleepless night, every moment you held it together for everyone else while falling apart on the inside.
This page — this space — is for you. Not a clinical assessment. Not a checkbox. A welcome. From one woman who served, to another who needs to know: you are allowed to heal. You are allowed to rise. And you do not have to do it alone.
Semper Fidelis — Always Faithful. That is not just a Marine motto. It is the character of the God who has never left your side.
With honor and love,

Clara McGee didn't become a resilience coach from a book. She earned it the same way you earned your place in formation — through sacrifice, discipline, and the kind of hard that doesn't leave you when the uniform comes off.
She wore the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor. She knows what it cost. And she knows what it takes to find yourself on the other side of it — not just surviving, but truly alive.
You saw things. You did things. You were ordered to do things — or you failed to stop things — that cut against the grain of who you believed yourself to be. The guilt isn't weakness. It's evidence of your conscience. And it can be healed.
If you experienced sexual assault or sexual harassment during your service, you carry a wound that is real, valid, and not your fault. You do not have to minimize it to be respected. You do not have to perform strength to deserve care.
PTSD. Hypervigilance. Nightmares. Numbness. Isolation. The wounds that don't earn you a Purple Heart but cost you just as much. You are not dramatic. You are not weak. You are a warrior who needs tending.
The uniform gave you a mission, a tribe, a purpose. When it came off, something went with it. Who are you when you are not Staff Sergeant, Petty Officer, Corporal? You are still someone. Let's find her together.
Faith-based resilience coaching is not a clinical diagnosis or a treatment plan. It is a partnership — between you, your coach, and a God who has been working in your story the whole time.
I bring the lived experience of a fellow veteran and the lens of a woman of faith who knows what it is to walk through fire and come out the other side carrying something beautiful in her hands.
